代表性成果:

(1)大片段基因组编辑技术:建立了不依赖同源重组的基于CRISPR-Cas12k的高效基因编辑和调控工具,实现了10 kb大片段基因的高效整合和调控 (Nuc Acid Res, 2022)

(2)蛋白质高效表达系统:拥有自主知识产权的MATE枯草芽孢杆菌蛋白表达系统并授权天津企业实现了商业化销售,可实现20余种异源蛋白质的高效分泌表达(PNAS, 2022)

(3)过渡态理论的酶改造方法:提出了基于简化过渡态的计算迭代饱和突变方法,提升计算设计的普适性,有效跳出序列组合的局部解空间,提升阳性突变富集率,并解决了维生素合成途径限速酶催化效率低的问题 (ACS Catalysis, 2022)。

(4)高通量筛选技术及代谢物检测技术:建立了胞内代谢物PRPP、E4P、3PG的实时监测方法,建立了多种营养化学品的高通量筛选技术 (Biosensor Bioelectronics, 2020)

(5)无细胞催化体系:开发了全36酶组装的维生素B12无细胞多酶催化合成技术,深度解析维生素B12天然催化合成过程,建立了维生素B12中间体制备检测技术。提供全新的维生素B12研究和合成方法 (Nature Comm, 2023)

(6)复杂长途径细胞工程构建:大肠杆菌中异源表达28个基因,实现从头合成维生素B12 (Nature Comm, 2018)

(7)营养化学品细胞工厂构建及应用:构建了维生素B12、B2、B6、K2等营养化学品细胞工厂,多个产品已经实现了产业化 (2020年天津市科技进步一等奖 )
