  报告人简介:林俊博士2003年本科毕业于复旦大学物理系,2006年于美国克莱姆森大学(Clemson University)获物理学硕士学位,2012年于加州大学圣塔芭芭拉分校(University of California, Santa Barbara)获生物分子科学与工程博士学位,2012至今在康奈尔大学(Cornell University)从事博士后研究,获美国霍华德休斯医学研究所博士后奖(HHMI postdoc fellowship 2012-2016),2015年荣获美国国家卫生研究院独立成就奖(NIH Pathway to Independence Award)。目前主要研究方向为基于纳米光子学的生物医药纳米器件研究(nanophotonics based nano-biomedical devices),以及基于单分子力谱技术的单细胞表观基因组分析技术研究 (single-molecule force spectroscopy based single cell epigenome profiling )。发表17篇论文,其中以第一或通讯作者在顶级期刊发表论文,包括Nature Nanotechnology,Soft matter, Applied physics Letter, Biophysical Journal, Review of Scientific Instuments, Biotechniques 等。

  报告摘要:Biosensing technology has played a fundamental role in biomedical research for the last few decades. Enabled by the nanotechnology, various on-chip biosensing platforms has been developed, which require less sample, provide higher sensitivity and mobility, and is low cost.

  The talk is going to focus on one of our recent developed highly integrated on-chip biosensing platforms. This novel platform opens the door to many interesting biosensing applications. The talk will also discuss about how to apply different nanotechnology to develop future on-chip biosensing platforms.
