主要从事Crabtree阴性酵母合成进化生物学研究。利用理性设计与基因组编辑进化,结合系统生物学解析,阐明酵母底盘细胞生理代谢特性的分子基础,以设计-构建-测试-学习(DBTL)的方式循环迭代提升酵母底盘的代谢效能,构筑高效化学品细胞工厂。
