主要研究领域包括工业酶制剂的挖掘、分子改造及高效表达、原核表达系统构建及相关机制研究、微生物应用技术等。目前研究兴趣在于原核表达宿主菌的代谢调控机制研究,从而实现大肠杆菌和芽胞杆菌宿主细胞的定向改造及细胞工厂的创建。
