简历

高乐,研究员,博士,毕业于山东大学,现任中国科学院天津工业生物技术研究所研究员。研究工作通过组学数据发掘毕赤酵母、丝状真菌底盘细胞对一碳甲醇、秸秆等低值原料的高效转化机制,构建了低值原料代谢功能元件库和调控元件库。采用合成生物学技术理性重编程毕赤酵母、丝状真菌代谢网络,精细调配功能元件-途径-底盘的适配性;并结合适应性进化、反向代谢工程的方法提升底盘细胞利用工农业副产品的效能选育高效降解低值原料的工程菌;首创木质纤维素结构特性-酶组分无监督机器学习模型,破译基于木质纤维素结构特点精确求解最佳酶系组成的新算法,逐级突破低值原料利用、蛋白转换的技术瓶颈,创制以功能蛋白/肽、酶、天然产物等功能性营养物质,实现酶/功能蛋白人工创制及在饲用和食品领域精准应用。授权国家发明专利23件,其中成果许可或转化项目8项,以第一作者/通讯作者在Trends Biotechnol, Biotechnol. Adv., Chem. Eng. J, Bioresour. Technol., Crit Rev Biotechnol., J.B.C等国内外公开发表论文40余篇,参与出版英文专著1件;主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划课题、政府间国际科技创新合作重点专项课题、天津市科技计划项目、吉林省院合作项目等十余个项目。

研究方向

1)研发低值原料规模化生物合成微生物蛋白的适配体系及绿色生产工艺,开发功能性饲用/食用蛋白原料,并开展应用关键技术研发与产业化示范。

2)创制功能性肽、功能蛋白、抗氧化产物等营养物质生物合成的关键技术,并开展应用关键技术研发与产业化示范。
