生物催化与有机合成
1. 生物催化反应机理解析及新反应创建
针对传统化学反应难以实现的碳碳、碳氧和碳氮成键反应,特别是复杂分子手性中心的构建难题,通过解析相关酶的晶体结构、酶催化的反应机理和选择性控制机制,对相关酶进行理性/半理性改造,实现这些难以实现的反应,以及复杂分子手性中心的精准构筑。
2. 系统生物催化与精细化学品的绿色合成
采用有机合成逆合成分析原理,对目标复杂分子进行逆向分析,将传统有机合成方法与生物合成方法交叉融合,创建新型的高效绿色合成路线,实现从简单易得的原料如甲醛到一些重要的天然产物、药物和农药分子的绿色合成。
