真菌合成生物学:以丝状真菌为体系,利用合成生物学理念,结合分子遗传学、基因组编辑和代谢工程技术,开展蛋白质表达系统和生物质一步转化大宗化学品应用基础研究,构建可用于工业蛋白质和生物基化学品发酵生产的细胞工厂,先后构建了糖化酶、苹果酸、乳酸和纤维素乙醇等多个细胞工厂;苹果酸细胞工厂实现了万吨级产业化。
