1. 解析重要工业微生物对环境胁迫的生理机制,在此基础上构建具有抗逆性能的工业菌种。
2. 阐明重要工业微生物合成特定代谢产物的分子基础和调控机制,并利用合成生物学和代谢工程等技术实现工业菌种的遗传改造。
