主要研究方向为挖掘并改造天然产物生物合成途径中的酶分子,通过理性设计赋予其高转化率、高区域和立体选择性。开发以人工酶介导的新颖酶促反应,发展化学-酶法药物分子的绿色、可持续、高效的合成新路线,并积极推进产业化。
