负责结构生物学平台结构生物学样品制备模块管理及服务工作,从事相关工作十余年,擅长蛋白质制备、蛋白质结晶筛选优化以及蛋白质结构解析等相关的技术服务和方法开发。主持1项国家自然青年基金,并参与多个项目。为多个机构及课题组提供蛋白质制备及蛋白质结构解析全流程服务,已主持或辅助完成几百个结构生物学样品制备,解析获得蛋白质结构30余个。在PLOS Pathogens、Acs Catalysis等期刊参与发表多篇SCI文章,影响因子近60。
(1)蛋白质结构生物学样品的筛选及优化:可溶蛋白、厌氧蛋白、膜蛋白的大规模纯化制备;电镜样品的制备及数据收集。
(2)蛋白质的结构解析:包括缩醛酶、P450酶、六磷酸合酶、糖磷酸异构酶、转氨酶、限制性内切酶、脱氢酶等的结构解析。
